Performance test is to predict level of performance when actually applying the product and must demonstrate usefulness and function via objective and reliable evaluation.

Therefore, we equip with various devices for performance durability, operation durability and product tests on weather strip and hose products, to provide performance analysis results essential for R&D activities.

Design/development validation test including response to automobile company ISIR assessment, automotive durability, etc., regular product test by automotive type, reliability test, quality issue analysis and reproducibility test, analytical response to quality problem, tester maintenance and issuing of test report are the main tasks.

Analysis

Supportive analysis on materials or additives requsted by R&D department is the main task. In addition, researches are conducted to improve issues generated from the existing analysis devices and methods by supplementation and development and to develop or introduce new analysis techniques that can be actively used.
